The trick is not to make AI write your essay. The trick is to make it help you write better yourself.
It is so easy to open an AI chat, paste your assignment topic, and copy whatever comes out. Fast, sure. But there is a problem: you learn nothing, and it usually shows. Your teacher reads dozens of texts and can tell when a voice is not yours.
There is a much better way to use the same tool: as a coach. You write the draft, with your ideas and your mistakes, and then you ask the AI how to improve it. Just like a coach does not play the match for you, it should not write for you either.

Over time you will notice you repeat certain mistakes. Ask the AI to name your most frequent error, then learn to catch it on your own. That is what stays with you forever, far beyond this one assignment.
