A series of three books

Learn to create with AI, at any age

Not just consuming artificial intelligence, but creating with it, that is what this series is about. One book for children, one for teens and one for adults.

All three books are available in six languages: Spanish, German, English, French, Italian and Portuguese.

While You Dream…

ages 8 to 12 · AI for children

A summer tale for children aged 8 to 12. Learn, with your family, to use artificial intelligence to imagine, play and create things of your own, not just to stare at a screen.

While You Scroll…

ages 13 to 18 · AI for teens

For teens aged 13 to 18. Stop just scrolling: learn to use artificial intelligence to create your own things, build projects and learn faster. And you are not alone: share what you make and see what others create.

While you sleep…

adults and family · AI for the whole family

A warm, jargon-free book about artificial intelligence, written to take away the fear and show you (and your kids) how to become creators, not just consumers. Available in Spanish and German.

Frequently asked questions

Who is While You Create for?

For parents, families and adults, plus children (8 to 12) and teenagers (13 to 18). There is a book for each stage of life, all built on one idea: use AI to create, not just to consume.

Do I need to know about technology or how to code?

No. The books are written in plain language, with no jargon and no coding. If you can send a message, you can follow along, step by step.

Is it safe to use AI with my children?

Yes, when used with guidance. The books teach families to use AI together, with a grown-up nearby, and explain the real risks (hoaxes, deepfakes, privacy) in simple terms so children learn to think critically.

Which AI tools do I need, and do they cost money?

You can start for free. The books work with everyday tools like ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini, most of which have a free version; paid plans are optional and cost around 20 euros a month.

What will we actually create?

Real things: a story starring your child, a song about your family, an image, a comic, a school project, even a small website or game. Each book includes more than 80 ready-to-use prompts to copy and adapt.

In which languages and formats is it available?

In Spanish, German, English, French, Portuguese (Brazil) and Italian, as Kindle eBook and paperback on Amazon. The free companion site adds a 30-day challenge and a weekly create-prompt newsletter.
